We start by understanding your event, looking at the objectives, audience, venue, format, and budget. From there, we map out the technical and creative requirements and develop a clear, itemised proposal with no hidden costs.
Once the scope is locked in, our production team builds the detail. This will include run sheets, technical drawings, crew schedules, content specs, and rehearsal plans. For larger events, we’ll coordinate directly with venue operators, speakers, and third-party suppliers so every element lines up on show day.
On-site, our crew handles load-in, setup, testing, and rehearsal before your doors open. Your dedicated producer runs the show from front-of-house, cueing audio, vision, and lighting in real time. When the event wraps, we pack down cleanly and return the venue to its original state—so you can focus on your guests instead of the gear.
It depends entirely on scope. A single-room corporate event with basic AV and crew might start from a few thousand dollars, while a multi-day conference with full production, staging, and hybrid streaming can run into the tens of thousands. We provide free, itemised quotes so you can see exactly where your budget is going before you commit.

Absolutely. Many of our clients have experienced internal teams or creative agencies already in place. We slot in as the technical production partner, bringing equipment, crew, and on-site expertise while you lead the creative. It’s a common and effective way to work.
