Avisual Productions manages the inhouse audio for multiple venues and we are seeking an Operations Coordinator based at Head Office in Penrith.
You will need to be a self-starter, keen to take initiative and run with the role.
Reporting to the Director and National Venues Manager, you will have a supportive team who will help you succeed! Plus we’re a little bit fun too even if we do say so! We are in a period of growth and it’s a great time to join the company.
Your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Crewing of jobs across the venues
- Organising transfer of equipment between locations
- Overseeing prep and pack for jobs and transfers
- Overseeing annual stock takes and test and tags
The role requires you to be proactive and forward thinking in terms of planning so you need to be organised. Experience in audio visual is preferred.
