Ask for references
What’s even better than looking at examples of past work from an AV company? Asking for references. By talking to past clients of your AV company, you’re able to get a glimpse of how smoothly operations went, and how satisfied they were with the overall experience.
It’s a big red flag if your AV company isn’t able to provide at least three references of past clients. They should be chomping at the bit to give you the names and numbers of previous clients – this shows that they’re proud of their work!
Consider the budget
And now for a factor that affects pretty much everyone: budget. Ask for an accurate quote before agreeing to hire an AV company. The good thing is, there shouldn’t be too much variation in quote if you’re looking at high quality production companies like AVisual Productions.
